One-Year Limited Warranty

All ooh noo products come with a One-Year Limited Warranty so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

At our discretion, ooh noo will repair or replace any product with faulty manufacturing or materials within one year from the purchase date (or the date that the product was shipped to you):

The warranty does not apply to the following cases:

1. If the damage is caused by customer negligence, including:

   • Incorrect assembly
   • Improper storage (as suggested in the accompanying product information sheet)
   • Using inappropriate cleaning products
   • Misuse
   • Abuse or neglect
   • Failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines

2. Normal wear and tear

3. Rips, wearing, pilling, creasing, stains or fading of upholstered products

4. Fading, discolouration or other deterioration caused by excessive exposure to direct sunlight

5. If the product has not been used for its intended purpose for domestic use

6. The product has been tampered with or modified in any way

7. Force Majeure (including flood, fire, tornado, hurricane or other Acts of God)

The warranty does not cover products that were lost or stolen.

We cannot be responsible for merchandise that was lost or damaged during shipping to us. Please ensure your package is securely packed and trackable.
